Alaska Halibut & Yale Reservoir Kokanee

We're in Ninilchik, Alaska to meet up with Gotta Fish Charters and friends to fish Cook Inlet for halibut! Captain Al talks with us about halibut behavior, deep-water techniques, how to fish the different tides, and why this area is one of the best spots in the world for halibut fishing. We also get to stop by Tanner's Alaskan Seafood to have our fish processed and shipped to us back home. We fill up on halibut, and also reel in some unexpected ocean catches as well!

Later on, we are back down south where Mike Carey joins up with some veterans from The Fallen Outdoors at their annual Yale Reservoir event for a peaceful day of kokanee fishing. Mike gets to learn the veterans' stories and show them how to gear up for the optimal kokanee haul.
