Northwest Fishing finds ourselves in the breathtaking Big Sky Country in Montana at Bynum Reservoir. Our mission today includes not just fishing for walleye, perch, and trout, but also setting some crayfish traps - a fun twist that adds an extra layer to our fishing expedition!

As we navigate the reservoir, we explore depths of around 20 feet while targeting a variety of fish species, including walleye, perch, brown trout, and rainbow trout. The team employs simple jigging techniques using leeches and bottom bouncers to cover more territory on this expansive lake. Did we mention the fascinating history of walleye in this reservoir?
